Alreem Agricultural & Veterinary Supplies (“Alreem”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) owns and maintains this website (www.alreemvet.net). The site is intended for use by veterinary clinics, pharmacies, and authorized resellers of agricultural and veterinary products.

2. Country of Domicile & Governing Law

The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. All transactions and interactions on this website are governed by the local laws of the UAE. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction within the UAE.

3. Payment Terms

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards in AED. All card payments are processed securely, and customers are advised to retain a copy of transaction records along with our terms and conditions.

4. Prohibited Transactions

We do not trade with or provide services to individuals, entities, or countries sanctioned by OFAC or other UAE authorities.

5. Age Restrictions

Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or transact on this website.

6. Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities under their account.

Our Contract With You

By placing an order via www.alreemvet.net or through our email channels, you agree to the following:

• Products supplied are strictly for business use by registered veterinary clinics, pharmacies, or resellers.
• You may be required to submit a valid Trade License, shopfront photos, or website URLs to verify your business.
• You confirm you are authorized to place orders on behalf of your business.

These Terms supersede all previous agreements. Alreem reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time.

Ordering & Delivery

1. Placing Orders:

Orders may be placed online via www.alreemvet.net using login credentials provided upon account activation.
Alternatively, you may email orders to mhalreem@emirates.net.ae.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

2. Minimum Order Value (MOQ):

• Self-Collection: AED 200 minimum
• Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, UAQ, Ras Al Khaimah: AED 350 minimum
• Other Emirates Deliveries: AED 500 minimum

3. Unavailable Products or Delays:

If a product is unavailable or delayed, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
Your confirmation is required before proceeding with any changes or suggested alternatives.

4. Delivery Schedule:

• Orders meeting MOQ are scheduled for the next working day.
• Orders outside central emirates may take 36–72 hours to fulfill.

5. Discrepancies at Delivery:

Discrepancies must be clearly noted on the receiving copy of the invoice. Claims made after delivery without this documentation will not be accepted. Please notify mhalreem@emirates.net.ae for any product issues or returns.

6. Public Holidays:

Delivery times may vary during public holidays or official office closures.

7. Delivery Charges:

• Free delivery for orders meeting MOQ thresholds.
• Orders below MOQ will incur delivery charges.

8. Accurate Information:

Ensure complete and accurate delivery address and contact information to avoid delays.

Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery only in cases of manufacturing defects.
• Products must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
• Refunds will be issued as credit notes. Requests must be made within 10 days of receiving the goods.
  

Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 4–5 working days.

Unpaid Accounts

• Accounts with overdue payments may face a suspension of deliveries.
• All outstanding balances become immediately payable.
• Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Force Majeure / Events Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for failure or delays due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government restrictions, logistics disruptions, or telecom failures.

Retail Pricing & Resale Policy

• Alreem reserves the right to define Recommended Retail Prices (RRPs).
• Unauthorized discounting or misuse of our products may result in suspension of supply.
