Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring the quality of our products. Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

• Returns are only accepted within 15 days of receiving the goods.
• Products must have a clear manufacturing defect to be eligible for return.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
• No returns will be accepted for reasons other than a verified manufacturing defect or beyond the 15-day window.
• Returns must be reported to mhalreem@emirates.net.ae with a photo/evidence and a brief explanation of the issue.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following terms:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the goods.
• Once approved, refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note, which can be used for future purchases.
